WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am located in Grayslake, Illinois. I do not have a storefront but rather a work space were I bake and decorate cookies.

DO YOU SHIP OR DELIVER?

Unfortunately I do not ship or deliver my cookies. Pick ups are made in Grayslake by appointment only.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM ORDER?

There is a one dozen minimum for all custom orders. The maximum quantity is typically 60 but could change depending on the complexity of cookie designs.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, submit an order request through my website. I will review the request and will respond via email within 3-5 business days to let you know if I am able to fulfill your order. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order is due at the time of booking to reserve a date.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Orders are made via cash, Venmo or Zelle.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

This one is a bit tricky. Sometimes I am booked out two months in advance and sometimes I have availability for the following week. I recommend checking out my calendar for an idea of my availability but when in doubt, just ask! Sometimes my orders get moved around and I end up with more availability than is listed on the calendar. However, I do not accept week-of orders.

DO YOU PROVIDE DESIGN PROOFS?

No, I do not. It is important to provide as much information as possible about what you are looking for. I love to see inspiration pictures, invitations with colors, etc. as they help me see what you are envisioning!

WHAT IS THE FLAVOR OF YOUR COOKIES?

My cookies are a classic, rollout sugar cookie that is crispy on the edges and soft and chewy in the center. The royal icing is a traditional royal icing with a hint of vanilla. An almond sugar cookie flavor is available upon request.

DO YOUR COOKIES CONTAIN NUTS?

No, there are no nuts in my cookies. However, they are made in a home kitchen that is not nut-free. I am happy to provide a list of ingredients upon request.

HOW DO YOUR COOKIES COME PACKAGED?

I am happy to box them up or individually bag them in heat-sealed, plastic bags for no additional cost. Every individually bagged cookie will have an ingredients label on the back.

HOW LONG DO YOUR COOKIES LAST?

Bagged cookies can last 2-4 weeks once packaged. If placed in a freezer, cookies can last up to 6 months.

​

NOTE: All cookies are produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens.
